Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming. Molly at the front desk was amazing—any time I needed to switch an appointment, she helped me quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Jessica Caspar, the primary doctor I worked with, was wonderful. She was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and real, which is something you don’t always find in healthcare. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I always felt respected. The physical therapy staff were fantastic as well. They made each session enjoyable, always had great conversation, and created an environment where i didn’t feel uncomfortable. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you’re dealing with an injury or any physical issues, you should definitely come to this place. Also, when you first come with the directions, it will say it’s in the front but it’s really in the back

I had a great experience at this physical therapy clinic. Jessica, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly kind and attentive, and she really took the time to listen to my concerns about my knee pain. Chris and Arsenio, the physical therapists, were both very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. They explained the exercises clearly and made sure I was comfortable during each session. Molly at the front desk was always friendly and welcoming, which made every visit easy and pleasant. Thanks to this team, my knee pain has completely improved and I’m no longer experiencing the issues I came in with. I’m very grateful for their care and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!

In September 2024, I “pulled” something in my neck (in reality I tore my splenius capitus on both sides). For a few months, I tried to push through as I developed increasingly severe migraines. I went to an unassociated chiropractor first who exacerbated the issue. Eventually I found myself looking for physical therapy and orthopedic care as my symptoms had only become more debilitating over time. This lead me to Atlanta Innovative Medicine (AIM). Three red flags became apparent to me when I attempted to receive clinical care from this establishment (and yes, much like other patients, this is from my second appointment as they refused to diagnose anything in my first appointment but didn’t forget to charge me that nice first visit fee for it of course). 1) When I recounted what happened that set this whole thing into motion, (including the chiropractic care that exacerbated it) the medical staff were intent on blaming this entirely on my bad posture. When I pushed back, saying this had a clear starting point, I was told “no you just have soldier neck, it’s completely postural”. I tried to reason that hey, I see the X-ray too. I acknowledge I don’t have great posture and that it probably contributed to my problem. I wasn’t claiming I didn’t have soldier neck, but was trying to emphasize that this all started from an actual injury. My concerns were dismissed. AIM staff insisted “It’s just soldier neck.” A year later, guess what? A different practice figured out it was never just soldier neck… 2) When I told AIM staff that I was receiving massage therapy (mind you, the only treatment that had been providing me a modicum of relief since the beginning of my suffering) they told me to discontinue care with the massage therapist immediately. Something about not wanting to “over treat” the issue with too many modalities. They wanted to “keep treatment within the clinic with their own trusted medical professionals”... I talked with the medical professionals who ACTUALLY helped me with this (from different practices obviously) and they said this is a classic way to isolate patients to 1 clinic so they can rake in all the $. 3. The treatment plan AIM gave me included Sarapin injections and chiropractic work. As previously stated, while I try to keep an open mind, I had reason to distrust chiropractic work (especially for this injury). This was hand waved away… I got this spiel about how the chiropractor that hurt me didn’t actually hurt me. “You just have bad posture. The issue is that you didn’t also apply other modalities at the same time.” Hmm weird response considering red flag 2. And then, sarapin injections. It was getting sold to me as a natural replacement to steroids and clinically equivalent. I was handed 1 sheet of paper praising sarapin with case studies from the AIM practice. My brain immediately flagged this as suspicious. While case studies can be helpful in evidence based science, these case studies were specific to their practice. Not from peer reviewed scientific papers. I had seen their process incorporated multiple different modalities at the same time which brought into question the validity of case studies from their practice being able to assert that Sarapin injections were the sole source of improvement in their patients. I rejected their attempts to get me into treatment that day, saying I’d like more time to consider and look into this Sarapin stuff I would be putting in my body. I found a meta analysis (summarizes results of various studies in 1 paper) in a peer reviewed journal that found Sarapin had NO clinically distinct effects on improving patient recovery. This was the nail in the coffin for me and I didn’t return to AIM. It took me about a year to receive the proper treatment for my injury because of the distrust instilled by this clinic. They only want to farm extra $ out of you by mixing bunk ‘science’ with actual treatments.
