My husband and I had an amazing experience at Do Not Disturb. The ambiance was impeccable — relaxing, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, and the Normatec leg compression device, which made the experience feel both rejuvenating and restorative. While there was a minor issue during our visit, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Emmanuela handled the situation beautifully, took complete ownership of the mistake, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Shortly after, Mario, the Head of Hospitality, personally reached out to reinforce the apology and ensure everything was made right. That level of professionalism and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Their hospitality completely elevated our experience, and it’s clear this team truly values their guests. This review is way overdue since I’ve been going to DND since last December, but this studio is one of my favorite places! The space is so thoughtfully designed. It’s serene, welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly set up for recovery. The private contrast room has been a game changer for me. It’s helped me stay in the cold plunge for double-digit minutes, and I love having the freedom to set my own pace between the sauna and cold plunge. I have my whole routine down for before, during and after my DND visits! I recently had my first massage at DND and it was incredible. Josh, my massage therapist, was so attentive and really in tune with what I needed. You can tell he has several years of experience. I walked out feeling lighter, less tense, and just overall refreshed. The studio also worked with me to find an appointment time that worked with my schedule 🙏🏼. The sauna, cold plunge, and massage combo was the perfect prep before a heavy stretch of flights and travel. I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already excited to try more of their services!

The ultimate recovery experience! Our NFL Cheer team booked a private recovery night at Do Not Disturb and it was amazing from start to finish. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a hidden wellness oasis right in the heart of Atlanta. We had the entire studio to ourselves. Each room has its own shower, sauna and cold plunge, which made it perfect for everyone to relax, recover, and recharge together, as we were all able to pair up in the saunas and jump around to each others rooms. The staff was so welcoming and made the whole experience seamless. You can tell they truly care about wellness and creating an environment where you can completely disconnect. Whether you’re an athlete, performer, or just need a reset, this is the place to go. Highly recommend booking a private group session!
