I had such a great experience at HydraPlus Buckhead. From the moment I walked in, everything felt very welcoming and well put together the team was professional but still warm and easy to talk to. I tried their IV therapy, facial, and immunity boost, and honestly, I could feel the difference right away. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and just overall better. It wasn’t just physical it really felt like a reset from the inside out. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re in Buckhead and looking to invest in your wellness, I definitely recommend checking them out.

Hydra+ has been such an amazing little oasis for me. I travel quite frequently and I have this awesome membership for my iv drips. Stef, Georgia and Juan never let me down. I always leave feeling so much better and I’m always greeted with the best energy and smiles. Thank yall for providing a safe space for everyone trying to get theirselves back in order.

I have been a loyal member of Hydra+ for years, and today I unfortunately experienced the worst customer service of my entire life at the Buckhead location. Jade was at the front desk when I arrived this morning and was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude to me. I had just gone in for an IV, but her abysmal attitude made me turn around and leave. She is not the type of person who meets the standards of decent customer service for a fast food service, let alone a wellness therapy provider. I would hope the owners of Hydra+ do not find it okay to speak to another human, let alone a paying customer, in such a way. I have only had positive experiences with Hydra+, but as long as Jade is with the company I will not be returning to the Buckhead location

I was a member for about a year just getting IV treatments which I highly recommend! Nice place, people, and experience. Recently, I’ve started a weight loss treatment there, and I love it! It’s so much better than the other types I’ve tried and the experience was like a visit with a friend!

LOW QUALITY EXPERIENCE & POOR MANAGEMENT STYLE. The only good thing about this location is JUAN. All of the other technicians have the most difficult time finding your vein. I thought it was only me, but after having SEVERAL conversations with many other clients, they have experienced the same thing. Even when getting blood work, there’s always a hassle with trying to get your results / information, with scheduling being changed, or someone, typically Stephanie, not being available because of travel or some other reason. I have even experienced the lab not having enough blood to complete all of the tests. I had never heard of something so ridiculous. And this happened twice. When complaining about issues, The other manager, Francis, seems to take it personally. Instead of continuing to deal with the nonsense, I’ve made the decision to cancel my membership. When dealing with your health, you don’t want to be an environment that is very casual. It almost feels unsafe. There are so many other IV therapy businesses that offer a much higher-quality experience That are also reasonably priced.
