I am completely impressed with iCRYO. This is a Euro-style body sculpting, anti aging, healthy body shop. First of all, the people there are absolutely amazing. Their entire team is so welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Owners: Alex and Sissy truly took the time to help me figure out the treatment plan that was best for me. Since I work out almost every day, I’ve realized how important it is to prioritize recovery. On top of that, because of a benign mass I’ve been dealing with a lot of vertigo. The red light therapy has honestly made such a difference for me. After doing a lot of research, I’m amazed by all the benefits of red light therapy. It’s helped tremendously in managing stress, inflammation and dizziness leading up to my surgery date. I’ve also been doing cryotherapy for a wrist injury I’ve been working through. It’s been months of nothing working and I am shocked at the difference I’ve seen in just a couple localized treatments. If you’ve been on the fence about trying ICryo, I encourage you to stop in and talk with them! They genuinely care about helping people feel their best, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Stop thinking about, go there ASAP! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the services are terrific. I did SECA scale to see my body fat/muscle percentages, then 3min Cryotherapy which was surprisingly good (not a fan of cold), then I did Compression on my legs to help with circulation, followed by Red Light Therapy that has many benefits but specifically for me to heal soft tissue. I loved it all and can’t wait to go back to try the other services.
