Paragon Decatur Infusion Center

I so want to give Paragon Decatur a good review. After all, it's convenient (as in walking distance) to me and I only have to go once a year! But both times I have been my appointments have been screwed up. The first time I arrived, they said they couldn't give me my infusion because my bloodwork was 2 days out of the date needed (that actually kept moving) so had to pay for another round of bloodwork and then my appointment was delayed for a month. Today when I arrived I was told that they tried to reach out to me to let me know that they no longer give my medication any longer. No messages, no letter, no contact until I got there. Another disappointment. At least I got in a good walk.

I’m not sure who “H” is who wrote the review, “Loud staff, echoey concrete walls, aggressive lighting.” Because I saw exactly the opposite! The staff was extremely confident competent, and helpful, from the receptionist to the patient care staff. The facility was exceptionally clean, quiet, and calm. Nicely & comfortably decorated. The lights were dimmed to a comfortable level for a relaxing, peaceful treatment. The Nurse who started my IV and my Infusion was knowledgeable and carefully explained it in detail as she went through the initiation of the IV. She voluntarily and confidently answered all of my questions. I don’t think any portion of my care could have been any better. I was completely and totally happy with my experience. Thank you to all of the Paragon team!

I've been getting infusions at Paragon Decatur for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say I feel like I'm in the best hands every time I go. Sally is the greatest and always greets me with a smile and a kind word. She's a joy to talk to (on top of being super smart and amazing at her job), as are all the wonderful people who work here. Serena, Jen and Kayla are always on top of their game and make the experience so positive. Despite the circumstance of having to get infusions, everyone here always makes it a joyful day and I look forward to seeing them.

this company dragged me around for a month and a half getting me to send paperwork and info and then told me they don’t even do the treatment i need. absolute nightmare, had to call basically daily to get any answers

Their dedication and expertise not only put me at ease but also played a significant role in helping me follow my dreams. Their flexibility and commitment to planning and providing the medication I needed were unparalleled. I am deeply grateful to the entire Paragon Health team for their outstanding service. It's rare to find such a combination of professionalism and genuine care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of infusion services.
