⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Wellness Experience at Pause. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pause Wellness Studio in East Cobb, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and given a comprehensive tour of the facility. Our instructor, Japhet, was outstanding—knowledgeable, personable, and truly passionate about the services offered. He took the time to walk us through each modality, clearly explaining not only what they offer but the why behind it—the benefits and how each service supports overall wellness. As a family physician with a focus on whole-person and integrative care, I deeply appreciated the intentionality behind their offerings. It’s clear that Pause is committed to creating a space that supports healing, restoration, and optimal well-being. I’m grateful for the opportunity to explore what they provide, and I highly recommend this wellness studio. Sleeping better already! :)

Japhat was super. Great customer service. Your place is clean atmosphere is beautiful. We came from Detroit Michigan for my friends birthday just to have the robot massage. I was top tier. Keep up the great job, and my God continue to bless you.

AI for Good! Lol Got the opportunity to try out the robot massage and I don't regret it! Ken walked me through and made sure I was set up for success. I like that you do have control of intensity and the areas it goes to. Will definitely be trying it again. Slept great last night!

The massage technology was amazing. It was one of the better massages that I’ve ever had. The facility is very nice, and very clean. Christy, who checked me in and made sure I was comfortable was amazing. She is a great ambassador for the company. A real “keeper”. Great customer service. I got a Pause gift card for Christmas and I was quit frankly skeptical. That has all changed now. I’m a big fan, and I will be back!

I’ve been seeing this “robot” massage thing all over the internet and knew I just had to try it! So glad I did. You have complete control over the pressure so if you are like me and like deep pressure in one area but a different area is super sensitive you can adjust that! I do wish they had maybe something like compression sleeves for the arms or something during the massage. I do miss my arms being touched! But over all it was awesome the staff was wonderful and very helpful! I will be back!
