I am disappointed and annoyed. I wanted to try a new experience with my boyfriend. We had no prior knowledge of how a place like this works, and told the staff this multiple times when asked what brought us in. Each step of the way I had to ask “what are we doing?” “What should I expect?” “How does this work?” It felt like pulling teeth to get information. When I mentioned this, the response I got was “well you came to a IV hydration and you’re getting IV hydration”. I was expected to know their routine when it was my first time? It doesn’t make sense. If I was doing their job the way they should have I would have explained -First, we have a consultation talk about goals. Then we take your vitals. Then we stay in this room and insert IV. For non members and not first time you stay in this room and we connect the bag of your choice. For members and first time, you get a massage chair where we connect the bag. For first time customers , the intro $85 price only applies to certain IV bags. NONE of this info was offered until after I asked. Very uncomfortable to prompt staff to explain what’s happening. Hopefully this helps someone else understand what’s going on. I paid $130 more than I anticipated due to lack of communication. For almost $400 for two people, I was prompted to tip 15-25% on top. We will absolutely not be coming back.

As a chaplain at the busiest Airport in America Hartfield International Airport in Atlanta, presiding Prelate of a ministry for 30 years and an involved mother grandmother and great grand this is one of secrets that I want everyone to share as they get replenished and refreshed. It is my go to next to Prayer and God. I thank The owner and her staff for opening up this place and am grateful. I leave being replenished!!!

With much hesitation, I decided to try IV therapy. I had so many questions. And a lot of hesitation I just didn’t know a lot about it, but when I called this wonderful facility which by the way was highly recommended to me .The young lady I spoke too was so Helpful ,Kind Very patient and always had a simile in her voice. With answering ALL my questions … I decided to take a big step to make a next day appointment . When I enter this establishment I was greeted with such warm and pleasant smiles Jean which is the owner and also a Nurse Practitioner took me in the back to go over which selection that will fit my areas of concerns .She was so pleasant and immediately calm my nerves greatly she is so knowledgeable about the product and the health benefits . I recommended this location to the WORLD !!!. THE BEST DECISION IVE MADE FOR MY HEALTH JOURNEY !! This place gets 10 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been coming to Prime IV for a while now, and every visit has been great. The customer service is excellent, and they always handle everything with care. The massage chairs are amazing and make the whole experience super relaxing. Prices are good, and I really appreciate that they ask specific questions about your needs to make sure you get the right IV or injection. You never feel rushed, and they truly focus on what’s best for you. Highly recommend☺️😊
