I am disappointed and annoyed. I wanted to try a new experience with my boyfriend. We had no prior knowledge of how a place like this works, and told the staff this multiple times when asked what brought us in. Each step of the way I had to ask “what are we doing?” “What should I expect?” “How does this work?” It felt like pulling teeth to get information. When I mentioned this, the response I got was “well you came to a IV hydration and you’re getting IV hydration”. I was expected to know their routine when it was my first time? It doesn’t make sense. If I was doing their job the way they should have I would have explained -First, we have a consultation talk about goals. Then we take your vitals. Then we stay in this room and insert IV. For non members and not first time you stay in this room and we connect the bag of your choice. For members and first time, you get a massage chair where we connect the bag. For first time customers , the intro $85 price only applies to certain IV bags. NONE of this info was offered until after I asked. Very uncomfortable to prompt staff to explain what’s happening. Hopefully this helps someone else understand what’s going on. I paid $130 more than I anticipated due to lack of communication. For almost $400 for two people, I was prompted to tip 15-25% on top. We will absolutely not be coming back.

Initially i walked in for a mere B12 shot and met the owner and she walked me thru their membership program and i saw the benefits in becoming especially being on a GLP1…..therefore I signed up. My first session was this week and it was amazing. While on my drip I was seated in the massage chair and the room was specifically designed for relaxation. This is a great INVESTMENT for your body. Glad i joined. 🥰🥰

Went for my first time to try an IV. The lead phlebotomist was so sweet and knowledgeable and went through all my options with me. The owner/operator did my IV and both of these ladies were just amazing! The massage chair was a surprise treat and I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. Can’t wait to go back!

As a chaplain at the busiest Airport in America Hartfield International Airport in Atlanta, presiding Prelate of a ministry for 30 years and an involved mother grandmother and great grand this is one of secrets that I want everyone to share as they get replenished and refreshed.
