Prime IV Hydration & Wellness (Toco Hills, GA)

Went in for the Clean Slate IV drip + an NAD injection and the whole experience was top tier. From the moment I sat down, it felt less like a clinic and more like a reset. The massage chair alone is worth talking about, didn’t want to get up. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about how you feel during the process. Left feeling recharged, clear, and honestly better than I’ve felt in a minute.

Great experience!! I will definitely be back. Kaliyah At the front desk was great and very patient getting me checked in and explained to me all of my options for programs . She is a great addition to the place as the front desk personnel makes all the difference. Shanye was my nurse and she was patient and really listened to why I was there. Her injection process was painless. She explained the steps along the way before speaking with Dr. James who was also patient and made great recommendations on my injection based on my symptoms. I purchased a package and plan to attending monthly on my way to wellness and feeling better and having no more brain fog, fatigue and the rest of the symptoms . Thank you ladies for wonderful experience!! Forgot to mention the massage chairs are an added bonus!!

First time client here, and I will be returning. I was a little nervous at first but it was a pleasant experience. I appreciate the superb customer service I received from the moment I walked in (very welcoming) until the end of my service. The facility was very clean, and the massage chairs were AMAZING!

The staff were genuinely very nice and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall IV infusion experience itself was not great and didn’t meet my expectations. I waited over an hour before being seen, only to be infused in the same chair I had already been waiting in, which was frustrating it was also very cold. That said, it feels like a newer operation, and I’m confident they can work out the kinks over time as they continue to refine their process. For now, it’s not an experience I would return for, but I do wish them success moving forward.

This was the best experience I could’ve asked for! From the front desk to the nurse and doctor, everyone made my birthday one to remember. No one wants to be sick on their special day, but these ladies truly turned my day around. Courtney helped me pick the perfect drip for my road to recovery, and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I received every supplement I needed. To top it all off, they ended my visit with a Starbucks Medicine Ball and a Crumbl cookie to celebrate! I can’t wait to recover and come back for a wellness experience — truly a 10/10!
