I’ve been to Fran several times for both micro needling and laser treatments. She’s very knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen to your specific concerns to personalize the treatment. After my first visit she shared her cell so I could reach out after hours if needed! I’ve been to one other business to have a similar procedure and felt very different leaving compared to seeing Fran. The aftercare and follow up to treatment that Fran provides shows how much she cares that I’m happy with the results. I love the results and would recommend Fran 100%!

Simply a waste of time. I have a small scar on my face and I was interested in scar revision. My scar is unique so I asked them before the consultation if I could send a picture so they could get better information on the scar and time to analyze my scar. My appointment was with Dr.Yune. They didn’t review the email of the picture I sent of my scar. When I got there I was quickly dismissed and told that they couldn’t work on my scar. I also had to pay the $100 copay. I didn’t have a problem with him not working on my scar, my problem is this was a waste of time and money. I traveled over an hour to be dismissed when someone in their office could have simply reviewed my email of the picture of my scar. This office feels like a money hungry scam.

Fran performed my laser treatment and she is absolutely the best. She is caring and patient and makes you feel truly comfortable. She also cares a lot about the quality of her work. Highly recommend seeing her!
