The doctor and staff at this location are fantastic! They call to confirm appointments, check on you if you’re running late, explain everything you’re signing and best of all they smile at you. It’s the little things like looking you in your eyes and asking how you’re doing that make all the difference. I no longer live in the area but I will always be a customer. Very disappointed with my experience. I’m only leaving this review to warn people to stay away from this company entirely. I have the worst experience with the Front Desk lady Kayla. She was rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by making me pay. I wasted $2000 for cool sculpting and literally saw ZERO results. The only thing that works, there is their credit card machine.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 months and I’ve had great results with my laser and filler sessions! The Dr has a great bedside manner and Kayla is so sweet and personable and does a great job with my laser!

Got full body hair removal package for $1.1k which didn’t work, when I brought it up at my last session I was told I would have to purchase another package “discounted” at $900 — felt like a scam. If you have deeper skin tone like me, just know the amount of sessions full body package comes with do not work for us and they will make you purchase another one.

This by far is the best place I’ve been to in Atlanta for Laser hair removal. I’ve been to over 5 other spas since moving here from LA and this one tops them all. There laser machine is really good, I seen results literally the next day!! Some places have cheap machines so you have to be careful picking a place to do laser with so if u come here you won’t be disappointed. So the Customer service is amazing, the receptionist is always nice, informative and amazing! The laser tech is always informative and you can tell she genuinely cares when she gives advice and she is also always the sweetest!! I met a few other staff as well and they were also very welcoming and warm. The set up is very nice and comfortable. There coffee machine is always stalked, I’m Italian so that means a lot! And they offer so many more services I honestly can’t wait to try as much as I can! I’m definitely getting Botox there soon!!! If your looking for a new spa home give them a visit!!!
