I had been a client of Caroline’s when she was located in Chattanooga. I decided to visit my friend, the best in the business, at her new location and boy am I glad I did! The office is beautiful and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Caroline is such a joy. She has the most inviting personality which makes her super easy to talk to. I think that’s such an important and often overlooked element to aesthetics. I will be traveling from Chattanooga to Balanced Aestethics for all my injection and filler needs from here on. 1000% recommend.

I had my first Botox appointment two weeks ago with Justin, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and didn’t try pushing or “upselling” me on any treatments or products he didn’t feel were necessary. Most importantly, the results are exactly what I was wanting. The office is also very warm, comfortable, welcoming, and above all—clean! 10/10 experience!

I came in for Botox with Justin Kitchens and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, and the environment was very pleasant and welcoming. Justin listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, without trying to upsell additional procedures. The treatment itself was quick and essentially painless. I still need to come back in two weeks to check the final results, but so far my experience has been very positive.
