I had my first Aerolase treatment with Kristina and she was wonderful! She was attentive, thorough, and asked a ton of questions to really understand my skin and what I was hoping to achieve. She explained the process, checked in on me during the treatment, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a great experience. Looking forward to coming back and seeing my results!

I come to Blue Divine for laser hair removal and microneedling, and I’ve had such a great experience every time. I’ve done both the Salmon DNA treatment and PRP so far, and I’ve genuinely loved my results from both. The difference in my skin has been noticeable, and the care and professionalism here always stand out. I also use to go to another medical spa for my laser hair removal and switched over to Blue Divine recently because of how much of a difference I noticed with my results here. I’ve even recommended a couple of my friends after they weren’t seeing much improvement with their previous estheticians, and they’ve loved their results here too. At this point, Blue Divine is my go-to for anything cosmetic.

I arrived an hour early for a free consultation. They were upfront and clear about pricing and answered any concerns I had. They were even able to fit me in the same day to go ahead with xanthelasma treatment using the lamprobe. Its been less than 12 hours and I am already very pleased with the results. I also would like to add that the owner is very skilled and knowledgeable. The whole treatment took maybe 10 minutes and was totally painless. I highly recommend this place for this similar work.

I recently had XERF done at Blue Divine, the new treatment that Kim Kardashian and much of social media have been raving about. I went in with modest expectations, as I'm usually skeptical of hype, but I was genuinely impressed by the results...and I mean immediate results. My before and after photos, taken only about 90 minutes apart, showed a noticeable improvement in my jowls and lower face. While I'm excited to see the continued results over the coming weeks, the instant difference alone was enough to get my attention. Kudos to Blue Divine for always staying on the leading edge and bringing the latest technology and treatments to Atlanta.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at Blue Divine. I paid $2,500 for a CO₂ laser treatment on my face, neck, and chest after being promised visible results, even told I’d look “10 years younger.” Six months later, I look exactly the same. Not one visible improvement. It feels like I threw my money away. At the 3‑month check‑in, when I said I wasn’t seeing any changes, they tried to show me “under the skin” results on a photo. That was never what they sold me. They promised visible results in the mirror, not invisible ones on a screen. It felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They also make it very clear they don’t offer refunds, but they claim they’ll “make every effort to make it right.” That is absolutely not true. After the 6‑month mark, I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would get a call within 2 days. No one ever did. I called again the following week and got no answer at all. Zero follow‑through, zero accountability. This entire experience has been a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I feel misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Blue Divine to anyone.
