I’ve gotten lip fillers before but this was my first experience getting Botox/fillers in the face and it was the best experience I could’ve had! They take before/after pics, really sit down with you and chat about your goals to figure out what you want to achieve, and they work with you to get there. Rashmi is such a bright light to be around & she’s also extremely talented with injecting! She even checked back in with me the days after to make sure all was settling well which is top tier customer service and made me feel special :) I’m so shocked and happy with the 1 month results of my face after deciding to get the complete glow up package! It was the best experience & I’m so excited for more visits to come!! If you’re looking for a glow up you’ve never had, this is the spot!!

Today I had an appointment with Afsha NP to get my first facial balancing session. The procedure is expensive but they have financing to help you budget. There was no wait. The office was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Afsha NP and her staff were very friendly, informative and comforting before, during and after my appointment. No downtime at all!! Afsha and her staff took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall I give Chin Up Decatur a 10!

I had such a great experience at Chin Up Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming. We were literally laughing, chatting about life, and having a good time the entire appointment. I was really nervous my first visit because it was my first time considering filler, but Rashmi’s bubbly personality paired perfectly with Komal’s calm, mellow vibe. They made me feel comfortable immediately. You can truly tell both women are passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work and the way they care for their clients. I came in feeling insecure about a few things, and left feeling confident and genuinely cared for. Rashmi did my filler and Komal did my VI Peel, and I’m so happy with my results. They also checked in with me throughout the healing process through text, which made me feel supported and reassured the entire time. One thing that really stood out to me was how client-focused the experience felt. I never felt rushed or overlooked, it truly felt like they cared about me first.
