My wife booked a hydrafacial service and it was top notch. The front office staff were very welcoming and such a joy. I had the pleasure of Maddi taking care of me. She was very thorough walking through every step of the process. Since I am unfamiliar, I didn't know what to ask but she made me feel comfortable establishing that no question is stupid. Maddi made sure I was comfortable at all times. I also want to highlight how personable she was throughout the hydrafacial. Enjoyed our conversation and my services. Although Maddi and the front office staff indicated that I did not need the facial because of my skin routine, it feels that it will help with upkeep and maintenence. Maddi was warm, knowledgeable, and talked me through every step in the process. She checked in every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable since it was my first time dermaplaning.
