She's truly honest with her services and wants to retain clients. I have been going to her for 4 years I can't believe it dawned on me now to share my experience. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I had my first ever vampire facial, it was truly amazing and far exceeded my expectations! I’ve never been so happy with my results and it’s only been one day!!! Ty was super professional who communicated with me about every aspect of the process every step of the way! Her beautiful front office staff was thorough and friendly!! Just finished up my Diamond Facial with Jay. This natural glow on my skin is everything. Jay was very Knowledgeable & informative from beginning to end about what he was doing to my skin. He was also very gentle and took his time with me which I really appreciated. I have to say that I loved the cleanliness of the place and it smelled divine throughout the building. 5 star service each and every visit. I love how inviting and warm Tye is consistently. I started going to tie because I felt like an African-American woman would get the look that African-American woman was looking for, and she rocks it every time. Leon is an amazing addition to the crew. He is so patient and really tries to accommodate Tye’s customer. My schedule so crazy and they make every effort to accommodate me. Every service that I’ve ever received from Ty has exceeded my expectations. Great Customer Service, top-tier services, clean and beautifully office, and all-around great experience.

I had kybella treatment done in 2020 by Ty for my double chin. I started experiencing muscle spasms in the area that was injected shortly thereafter & informed Ty who assured me that it wasn’t because of the injection. I paid $ to be seen by a plastic surgeon that literally told me he felt the fluid in my gland. Also paid a herbalist that didn’t know why it was happening. However, I dealt with the issue all these yrs as they worsened over time. Every time I brushed my teeth or opened my mouth wide I’d get a massively painful muscle contraction that lasted up to 10 seconds & would go away. I’ve reached out to Ty even went into the office again for her to still say that wasn’t the issue. Finally I was dx by an oral surgeon & had my procedure this morning to remove the “fluid” from my saliva gland & to “untwist” it… all of this could’ve been avoided had she listened to me in the first place! You retain customers by being accountable & listening to their concerns. Personally I liked Ty & felt like she was professional & sweet initially, however this situation should’ve been handled better!
