First experience was excellent! The Dr was very informative with possible treatment plans I was looking into. Ashley the front desk was warm and welcoming attended to me promptly. Morgan did my too and was great very gently and listened to what I was desiring for results. Thank you.

I had such a great experience here! From the minute I walked in and met Ashley at the front desk, I felt comfortable. The environment is so welcoming and felt serene. I made an appointment for Dysport, and was met with genuine care. I have received Dysport before, but had new questions/concerns since the last time I had injections. Morgan was my injector- she was so patient while listening to all of my concerns. She provided me with very solid and reasonable suggestions. I met with the M.D. and lead Aesthetician and they were both so informative about what their practice offers without attempting to upsell. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and out of the office within about an hour. Ashley even informed me about their B-12 shot and how much it had helped her. I expressed interest in it and she came into the room to let me know that she would get one ready for me just to try it out (on the house). Couldn’t ask for more!!! Will definitely be back 🤍

I visited Geneva as a first time customer and will 100% be returning for all of my treatments moving forward! I did a CO2 laser treatment with Kimia, and she was the most friendly, professional, and accommodating Aesthetician that I’ve ever worked with. I look forward to continue being her client and working toward achieving my skin goals. The facility itself is beautiful, clean with aesthetically pleasing decor. The owner also took the time to come and meet me personally, along with a few other staff members. Everyone made me feel very welcome!

I came here for a wellness visit, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Ashley and Aylin were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ashley was incredibly welcoming, funny, and kind. She immediately made me feel comfortable, especially after a previous experience elsewhere that wasn’t the best. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I felt confident moving forward. Before my appointment, I had several questions and concerns, and Ashley was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. She also let me know that I can reach out to her anytime if I need anything, which gave me so much peace of mind. She truly goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and cared for. Aylin, the PA, was just as wonderful. She is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, eased any worries I had, and made sure I understood everything before getting started. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness from both Ashley and Aylin made this such a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wellness services. I also got a B12 shot, which was very affordable, and I’ve already noticed an increase in my energy levels! I’m so excited they are here and look forward to coming back!

Aylin is amazing! She is so sweet and kind and really listens to what you're trying to achieve. I've seen her for Botox and peels numerous times and I've always loved it. I recently got filler in my lips and THEY ARE PERFECT AND GORGEOUS! She spent so much time and attention to detail to make them perfect and I couldn't be happier! The front desk staff is also amazing and they make you feel right at home the minute you walk in. When I come to GENEVA I always find myself leaving with a big smile on my face and overall just really positive vibes. 5 stars!!! See you soon :)
