Laser Flavor

I have had a very high-quality, comfortable experience here. The laser technician is friendly and knowledgeable. I also can appreciate that the laser used also comes with a fan so that when the heat is being applied, the fan immediately cools the area down. It makes it much less painful. I actually had laser hair removal done in Abu Dhabi several years back (I lived there). They did not have a fan and it hurt MUCH worse! I can already tell after my second session that hair growth has slowed tremendously. I highly recommend their service!

1st laser session in the books. The technician/owner did a great job prepping and putting me at ease. It was very clean and overall a great experience! Don’t think twice about getting laser services here.

Got banned because THIER machine broke down in the middle of MY laser treatment session. I live 45 minutes away and they wanted me to come back after it was fixed after I already left. Then, we rescheduled it. couldn't it make the rescheduled time due to car issues. Didn't ask me for a follow-up, but got an attitude with me after I politely asked for a partial refund on there end. After years of working with them they're excuse was to blamed me for the lack of "Communication" when they're impossible to get ahold of to begin with. but it is what it is. It's a shame I had to delete my previous 5 star rating because of this one incident that was technically y'all's fault. Please do not support black businesses like this. They really love to PUNISH the customer for thier incompetence/unprofessionalism. No wonder they're struggling right now to keep the lights on. Can't wait to hear the owner's excuse in the comments. I tried two other laser businesses before settling (for good) at Laser Flavor. When I say the service is top notch, I truly mean it. My appointments start with a casual check-in on progress to gauge whether we should up the power for the session and the attention to my comfort is never lacking! I’ve recommended tons of people come here so I felt compelled to leave a review as well! 10/10!

I came for Laser hair removal services and this was such an amazing experience. The aesthetic was so chic and clean, high quality services and Monti was so professional and informative on my service and after care! I will definitely recommend Laser Flavor and will be back!
