The experience was awesome! I just completed my first Thermage procedure and It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The staff were amazing; super friendly!! The welcoming atmosphere made everything extremely easy! This was my first ever cosmetic procedure but the experience have me looking forward to scheduling other procedures.

This Laseraway location is above 5 stars in my opinion. I have never had a treatment with Malika that I was not completely satisfied with. She is knowledgable, professional and honest. But, most importantly I feel cared for. Morgan is awesome! She follows up with the extended treatment plans of both my daughter and I and lets us know when there is a special for the service. The customer service is second to none. They are always kind and accommodating, not transactional like similar spas. I have never been induced to purchase a treatment that would not genuinely meet my needs. It is conveniently located for me, but even if it was not, it is worth the drive to get there. This is the best location in Atlanta. I highly recommend this Laseraway location. I had my hydrafacial today and I am glowing. Thank you Malika and Morgan 🙏🏼

Once a happy Laser Away custumer I am now scared. I had my USA's most weird and unpleasant experience of all time. The tone of the nurse, her abrupt behavior and I am really concerned of her health with that behavior, doesn't seem normal. The nurse almost made me (a 33 year old grown women) cry literally with her tone in front of my parents. I have never been treated this way. I was so numb that I had to leave. The nurse started snapping at things. I called her out like "you are making me nervous why are you rude with me?" My service is full face but they gave me an option of considering neck and excluding my upper face. She thought I am lying or faking my service I think and started raising her voice like " we cant do that". I am in general very polite person, I said no worries let's see may be I can check with service. The nurse - oh Jesus christ - said "No one can tell me what I can or can't do, the protocol says I can't treat your neck". I said I never asked you to, it's okay if you can't. I respect the protocol trust me I actually don't want to go against the protocols. What is this tone and rudeness. In my 10 years of experience, this is highly unprofessional experience I have come across. The front desk smirked on me when I asked her can I keep my bag here on the desk- told me in a tone that don't you know. I actually am very empathetic towards people's job and what effect it has on them when we put review but this time I am so helpless. I am still crying. Please do better guys! Please do better. Take help if necessary. The front desk told me manager would contact but have not received anything. Yet.

I've been to the Atlanta and Midtown locations for Laseraway both locations have excellent customer service. You are always greeted with a smile. You are always spoken to in a pleasant manner. You can really tell they enjoy what they do. The technicians always try to make your visit pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at LaserAway for both my HydraFacial and Clear + Brilliant treatments. The services were professional, smooth, and I could already see a noticeable glow and improvement in my skin. The staff was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend their services!
