I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for Botox/Dysport and fillers, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The team is always warm and welcoming, and appointments consistently start on time no long waits sitting in the lobby. What I appreciate most is how consultative they are. There’s never any pressure to add on services or buy more than you need. They take a conservative approach, listen to what you actually want, and deliver results that look natural every single time. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work. After a decade of visits, I’m still just as happy as I was on day one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled provider.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after my recent experience with LifeSpring Anti-Aging, I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision regarding treatment by Jan Li. To be fair, I had positive experiences at this practice in the past, including Ultherapy and Botox treatments with other providers, which is why I returned. This time, I purchased a Groupon for 100 units of Dysport and was treated by Jan Li. Before treatment, I clearly explained that I wanted natural results and did not want my brows raised too high or weighed down. Jan recommended treating only the upper half of my forehead, and since she was the professional, I trusted her judgment. Unfortunately, the results looked unfinished and uneven. The upper half of my forehead was smooth, but the area above my brows still had obvious lines and movement. When I raised my eyebrows, it looked especially strange because the lines abruptly stopped halfway up my forehead. I scheduled a follow-up appointment assuming the issue would be corrected, as most injectors stand behind their work and make reasonable adjustments if needed. Instead, Jan told me I needed an additional 40 units of Dysport, costing about $240 more, to fix the problem. I explained that I had previously received full forehead treatments elsewhere with fewer units and much better results, but there was no willingness to correct the issue without charging significantly more money. What disappointed me most was not just the poor outcome, but the lack of accountability and customer care afterward. I trusted the injector’s recommendation and ended up with unnatural-looking results, only to be told I needed to pay hundreds more to correct it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Jan Li as an injector and would encourage others to proceed with caution.

Excellent staff. Calm environment. Very clean. Large facility. Never more than 3 patients at a time so no waiting. No pushy sales tactics. In fact no sales tactics at all, recommendations. Reward yourself with their membership which gets big discounts on everything and banks the monthly for Botox or Dysport. No fee for membership. I’ve been a client for 6 or 7 years now. Conveniently located in Sandy Springs right on Hammond Drive. Large uncrowded parking on premises.

I used a Groupon for 2vials of Kybella for $550, so the price point brought me here. The facility was clean and inviting, staff was informative and friendly! The process was quick and easy, very informative throughout. I've had Kybella before so I knew what to expect. They provide ice but no numbing agent. I did not burn until after the injections, but it was tolerable and lasted approximately an hour. * I forgot to take a before pic. The pic attached shows swelling immediately after injections, which will take abt a week to go down. Note: My experience elsewhere with Kybella, they mixed it with Lidocaine so I literally felt nothing. But, of course, I paid abt $300 more than what I paid with this one. Turns out, I don't mind paying less for the burn, lol!

I had an appointment and had zero wait time once I arrived. The woman that did my dysport did an awesome job. She was super nice and knowledgeable. She showed me what it would look like before injecting and helped with recommendations. It turned out fantastic! I’m very happy with the results.
