I’ve been to several facial spas; Marimad Luxury Spa is absolutely, hands down, the very best! Why? She’s very thorough, explains the process as she’s conducting the facial, is truly a subject matter expert esthetician, and tremendously professional, punctual, and kind! I will not even entertain another esthetician… she is that great. When I started going to her over a year ago, I had stubborn hyperpigmentation… her skill and knowledge transformed my skin! I asked her questions about facial creams I was using, she knew and was more familiar than my dermatologist! She is the Crème de la Creme!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, compliments, and true professionalism. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, luxurious, and so well-maintained that you even wear shoe covers, which I love. Mariam is always on time and takes her time to thoroughly explain what your skin needs and why. Every visit feels personalized and never rushed. Not only does my skin leave looking flawless and glowing every single time, but she also goes the extra mile with relaxing shoulder, leg, and foot massages that make the experience even more amazing. I had my first facial with Mariame today, and she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to talk with me about my skin concerns, quickly identified what was causing my issues, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and understanding, and together we created a plan to help clear up my skin. I left feeling confident and excited about my skincare journey. I would definitely recommend Mariam to anyone struggling with skin concerns or looking for an esthetician who truly cares about her clients!

I have been to this spa 3 times, yesterday was my 3rd time going and my LAST. I got the dermaplaning facial that is done with a razor with the owner Mariam. She has done the facial before and everything was fine, this time she has cut/scratched up my face and neck. When I finally got in the car and could actually see it, my cheek was red from the razor this was not normal swelling. This picture is from today which is the next day and you can clearly see the scratches. I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. While my experience with the dermaplaning service initially left me very upset, I have to give credit where it is due because Mariam went above and beyond to make things right. After learning about my concerns, she personally called me and sincerely apologized for what happened. She did not make excuses and was genuinely concerned about my well-being. She immediately refunded my service without me even having to ask and sent me products to help my skin heal. The products were excellent, and within just 3 days, the scratches were completely gone. To further show how much she cared, she also sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to apologize for the experience. Since then, she has continued to check on me personally to make sure my skin was healing properly and that I was satisfied with the products she provided. What impressed me most was her accountability and commitment to customer care. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says a lot about its character. Mariam took full responsibility, stayed in communication, and reassured me that she would take every precaution to ensure nothing like this happens during my future visits. While the situation was unfortunate, I truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and effort she put into rectifying it. Thank you, Mariam, for making things right and for showing that your clients genuinely matter to you.

I have been coming to Marimad Luxury Spa for 2 years and Miriam had been taking care of me. She is amazing, customer service and care is above and beyond and the atmosphere is always peaceful and inviting. I always get compliments on my skin from friends, family and even from strangers. My skin has improved so much under Miriam's care that I do not even wear makeup now and people think I have on makeup. #glowup I am so thankful for Miriam and her amazing skill and care in taking care of my skin.
