Skin darkening after Picosure treatment. I had a Picosure treatment here and unfortunately developed darkening on my face and neck afterward. I now have to use a darker shade of foundation than I normally do and even cover my neck to hide the uneven skin tone, which has been very frustrating. The process also did not feel very professional - the provider was about to start without cleansing my face, and I had to mention that I was wearing BB creme and sunscreen. To make matters worse, after raising the issue, the med spa's response was completely unprofessional and disappointing. For the cost of the treatment, I expected better care and clearer communication about possible side effects. I truly regret getting the treatment here and, because of these experiences, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
