What a waste of time. Do not bother seeing Dr. Jack Arbiser, MD, PhD. I walked into an infomercial!! He is promoting his personal product, which he has created (some flowery capsules). He spent literally 8 minutes with me, offered no help with the problem I was there for (itchy skin). He rubbed my skin with acid in two places and then told me to buy his capsules that would help my problem. What an absolute joke. He was more concerned about selling his product than actually helping me. The only thing I walked out of there with this promotional card. What a waste of time!!!!

Dr. Alford is the absolute best! I visited her because of a recurring scalp condition that I felt I was cursed with lol. She was able to analyze my issue & diagnose it at my first visit. & She gave me exactly what I needed. I had been visiting countless dermatologists about the same issue but they couldn’t quite figure it out. Because of her expertise my scalp is FINALLY flourishing and my hair is growing so long. All of this definitely helped in restoring confidence I had been lacking since I was young. Very grateful for her expertise!

Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. I walked right in, gotten my paperwork done and Daniel was a great PA! He told me my issue quickly and made me feel better about my situation! Great service all around

I’ve been a patient at MetroDerm for the past 10 years, and I can confidently say I’ll be a lifelong customer. One of the things I appreciate most is how quickly they’re able to see patients, it’s always efficient without ever feeling rushed. Their team provides reliable, trustworthy information about skincare, which has made a huge difference in how I care for my skin. Over the years, I’ve seen two different nurse practitioners, and both have been excellent. I especially want to highlight Ann Patrick, NP, who I saw recently. She has an outstanding bedside manner, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s not easy to find a practice that combines professionalism, efficiency, and warmth as well as MetroDerm does. My husband and two children also go to this practice, and they are wonderful with kids. They’ve been great at handling everything from molluscum to warts and all of the other not-so-fun pediatric dermatology issues you don’t want to deal with! Highly recommend!

Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional, and the care I’ve received has honestly made a difference in how I feel about myself. Juliena Gigon is someone I can’t recommend enough. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but there’s a thoughtfulness in how she approaches her work that immediately puts you at ease. She listens, really listens, and explains everything in a way that feels clear, honest, and never rushed. Her results are always subtle and natural, which I’ve come to deeply appreciate. You can tell she cares. That makes trusting her feel easy. And then there's Ray Hall. His calm, steady presence makes you feel like you're in the best hands. He’s professional, deeply knowledgeable, and especially talented when it comes to laser and skin treatments. He took the time to explain each step, and the results I saw in my skin—smoother texture, more even tone—were truly noticeable. That kind of visible change does more than improve how you look. It lifts you. The entire practice reflects that same sense of care and excellence. It’s well organized, welcoming, and clearly committed to patient well-being. If you’re looking for more than just cosmetic care, if you're looking for people who truly want you to feel confident in your own skin, this is the place. Juliena and Ray are truly exceptional.
