Ok so I waited a little bit to post my review as I wanted to talk about my entire experience on a longer-term. I wasn't sure about Milan as it's quite pricey especially since I wanted a full body packet, but my experience was so great that my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I had 6 sessions so far (5 here and one at the Chamblee location) and the entire staff has been very professional, accommodating and friendly. When I started there were no appointments available for a month or two and Breneka did everything possible to get me an appointment in less than 2 weeks. So far I did not have any issues with appointments or scheduling and I could get my appointments when I wanted them. The laser treatment works really well on my skin (I have a little tan skin and my hair is dark). I was told I would see results after 5-6 sessions, however I have seen results from the first session. Before laser I needed to shave every day in certain areas and every other day in others, and now, after 5 full sessions I am shaving three to four times a month and in certain areas only before my appointment. My skin has never felt smoother, I feel more feminine and I save a ton of time. So overall it has been an amazing experience, staff is wonderful, location is clean, appointments are easy to make and results are way better than expected. The price is not cheap, but I think it's worth it on a long term. I definitely recommend Milan and this location especially.

After my consultation, I was quoted over $9,000 for the treatment plan they recommended, which seemed excessively expensive compared to other providers. What made the experience even worse was that they performed a hard credit inquiry during the financing process, impacting my credit, yet I never received a copy of the quote, treatment recommendations, or pricing breakdown that was discussed during my appointment. For such a significant financial commitment, transparency should be a priority. I expected clear documentation and follow-up communication, but neither was provided despite the consultation. The sales process felt much stronger than the customer service. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully compare pricing and request all information in writing before authorizing any financing or credit checks.
