Milan Laser Hair Removal

I have been trying to get a full body treatment since DECEMBER, and I've only gotten Brazilian+ and arms. They have cancelled my appointments hours before the treatment 3 TIMES NOW. The one day I did get treated it was split in between other people's appointments. The first time I understood, one of their providers got sick and couldn't come in. That's fine. The second time they said they had to overnight express order some part for the machine and it hadn't come in yet. This time the providers license hasn't been approved so they can't legally treat anyone. And every time they try to reschedule me it's for almost a month out from my original appointment, or it's 20 minutes at one location or 40 minutes at another location an hour away from me and 2-3 weeks out. I finally got rescheduled but it's all the way in McDonough next week. It's honestly ridiculous. I made a large down payment out of good faith to this clinic since the nice woman selling the treatment plans was so warm and welcoming. 0 complaints for the consultation, it went perfectly. But how is it that I'm paying over $10,000 for these treatments and I still haven't gotten what I'm paying for???? This office has unfortunately been incredibly unreliable in my experience. I hope not all offices are like this.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE! I am a new client that needed a new laser location to call home. This location did not disappoint! I was impressed with the information received, the cleanliness, and the absolute joy Jaquandice has. Scheduling my appointment was seamless. My first appointment felt easy and relaxing. I talked/laughed/shared stories with the medical provider like we had known each other forever, and the appointment did not take long, maybe 20 minutes....if that! She made me feel bery confrotable and excited for my next appointment! I would highly recommend. 10/10 experience!

I love love love all the techs at the Decatur Milan location. They’re all so kind, accommodating, and quick! I’ve been getting treated for a little over a year now and I am in love with my results! Come see these ladies!

So happy with my experience so far! I am a year into treatment for underarms and Brazilian and my underarm hair is completely gone and my Brazilian is 75% gone. So nice to not have to shave! Pain level is minimal and worth it. The staff do everything to make it more comfortable and have all been wonderful to work with.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Milan Laser in Decatur. I paid thousands of dollars for laser hair removal because it was advertised as including lifetime touch-up appointments, but it has been extremely difficult to actually schedule those appointments. No matter what time I call, no one at the Decatur location ever answers the phone. It always gets redirected to the customer service line, and I can never get directly in contact with the office. On top of that, appointments are constantly being canceled or the location is temporarily shut down because they “don’t have a provider.” It also seems like they can never keep consistent staff/providers at this location. The most frustrating part is that my touch-up service literally only takes about 5 minutes, yet it feels impossible to get scheduled. When you spend this much money on a service, you expect reliability and accessibility. Right now, I honestly feel like I wasted thousands of dollars because the lifetime touch-up promise means nothing if you can never actually get an appointment.
