When it comes to your healthcare, you want a practice that sees you as more than just a number. You want a team that recognizes you as a whole person—one that is just as invested in helping you reach your goals as you are. I absolutely adore the staff at New Journey Medical. I have a special place in my heart for the Marietta location because every visit with Miss Aver’e makes me feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. If you’re looking for a practice that will not only help you achieve your health goals but also treat you with dignity, compassion, and humanity every step of the way, look no further. I can’t recommend New Journey Medical enough.

I responded to a FB post on 6/1/2026 regarding GLP-1 meds for weight loss. A Dr. Stone contacted me and asked me to come in for an appt. She stated that I would only have to pay roughly $50/mt. if I had over a 700-credit score...I stated that I did, but I was more interested in working with Medicare's new rollout of GLP-1 beginning in July but, would take a look at hers. She went on to say that I could get started earlier than the Medicare rollout and that HER company has the GLP-3 which is stronger than GLP-1. I agreed to come in, and my appt. was scheduled for 6/3. After working hours, about 7:00 p.m. on 6/2, Dr. Stone called me with a plethora of questions and said Oh, BTW, we are completing paperwork via phone, so when you come in tomorrow it won't take as long. I was UNABLE to see a thing that she was speaking of. She asked me to click sign, after click sign, all the while LEAVING OUT pertinent information in the process. When I arrived, I was whisked into a room, asked a dozen questions, photographed, given ONE shot (which paralyzed my left arm for SEVEN days), and one to take with me. NO paperwork other than diet plans were given to me. No copies of paperwork, or a CONTRACT was provided. I asked about all of the above and was informed that it will ALL come in the mail. Lo and behold, on the morning of 6/4, I received a contract from a company called Patientfi. I immediately contacted Patientfi and was informed that YES, my payments would be $50.63, but instead of 3 months, it was for TWELVE months; then, after the 12-month period, beginning in July 2017, I would have to pay $85.00/month for FORTY-EIGHT months!!! After going over the contract with Patientfi, I stated that I wished to CANCEL today!!!! I was then informed that the office or Dr. Stone would have to send them the money back that they had sent her "on my behalf" back to them. I immediately contacted Dr. Stone via text, VM AND email that I was canceling effective 6/4/2026, LESS than 24 hours after being in her office. I felt COMPLETELY duped. Dr. Stone did not contact me for an ENTIRE week and then proceeded to say to me, "you can't cancel Ms. Collins" to which I replied, "YES, I can". I DON'T TRUST you anymore, I told her. "You told me that the contract was for THREE months" and NOT FIVE years!!!! AS of this date, I have spoken to at least TEN reps from Patientfi, and the bank (Optum) and was informed that Dr. Stone just did not want to lose her commission from my business deal!!! WHAT??? She is obviously trying to completely RUIN my credit. The first payment was due on 7/1/2026 and I CLOSED that account at my bank because NO ONE was listening to me, NOR was anyone trying to talk to me about it. The FIRST letter of cancelation was sent @7:29 a.m. on 6/4 and I have called, texted, emailed almost DAILY ever since to NO AVAIL. Will somebody tell this lady to do the right thing? I would like to hear from someone at New Journey.....the CEO, the owner, the finance person, as I have been trying to cancel this contract since JUNE 4th. It's quite interesting that this company has great reviews, and that is the REAL reason that I agreed to come into the office in the first place. I just cannot believe that Dr. Stone would risk a negative review OR her reputation as a Dr. whose motto is "to do no harm" and not cancel the contract when a past patient wants to cancel and move on. Shame on you Dr. Stone. SEND THOSE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!!!

I got a nonsurgical face lift from this company and I had an amazing experience I love my results. Dr. Stone is really good at what she does. I would advise anyone who is considering doing it to just go for it. It’s an investment but it was so worth it especially since I did not want to go under the knife lol.

I had an excellent experience at New Journey Medical in Marietta. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Eugreta provided truly stellar service, she was incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Her compassion and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference in my experience. It’s rare to find healthcare professionals who combine expertise with genuine care the way Dr. Egreta does. I highly recommend New Journey Medical to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.

Started my lipo journey here at first things seemed great then there were multiple instances of lateness and reschedules today I left out because I was placed in one room moved out with no explanation set in a waiting area so they could move someone else in that room seemed very off then no apology or anything. I decided to just leave without the last set of shots that were owed because of how I was treated it’s okay to make money and I support black business but if you enforce a policy of lateness the same should stand on the end of the company mind you this was not the first time this happened I won’t be returning and I will take my business elsewhere
