I just have to brag on the team at Radiance! 🩵 Since turning 27 (that’s 9 years ago! 😅), I’ve been to several med spas. I usually left feeling a combination of blah, rushed, and somewhat happy but never truly wowed. After moving to Atlanta, I came across Radiance and have been a patient since February, and I can honestly say I’ve been so impressed. I’ve had Dysport, several facials, and a surgical consultation with Dr. Huynh (surgery is scheduled for December!), and every experience has been wonderful. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants you to look and feel your best. They always do their absolute best to get me in quickly, which I appreciate more than they know with my crazy schedule. If you’ve been thinking about treating yourself, go for it. I’ve been to several other practices over the years, and I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else.

I just had a forehead contouring/hairline adjustment surgery as a non binary person and their service was extremely nice. They were super professional and very respectful. Scheduling the procedure was fairly easy as they replied to emails quickly. The office is very clean and Dr. Huynh was very professional. I would definitely return here for any future cosmetic related stuff. I was nervous about the finances, but they helped me get my loans approved and the surgery paid for as well as scheduled the actual surgery within 2 months of me coming to them. I am very happy with the results of my surgery so far.

I was lucky enough to have a procedure done at Radiance and I absolutely have to share my experience because this will be my first stop for anything else I ever decide to do in the future. From the very first phone call, I knew this place was different. Natalie, who manages operations, was the first person I spoke with about my concerns, and she instantly made me feel at ease with her effervescent enthusiasm and genuinely positive energy. When I arrived at the office, there she was again greeting me with that same fantastic smile that immediately makes you feel welcome. Then I met Minh, who was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and reassuring. Between Natalie and Minh, I truly felt like I was in the right hands. Christina (the nurse) was equally wonderful she took my photos, answered what felt like a million medical questions I had, and did so with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Then came my consultation with Dr. Carson Huynh, and I immediately understood why so many people trust him. We connected instantly and ended up talking so much we nearly lost track of time. He has an incredible bedside manner and is genuinely just a joy to speak with. His experience and expertise come across effortlessly, and he addressed every concern I had with honesty, confidence, and care. After visiting other doctors in the past, I can confidently say he stood out in every possible way. Natalie also worked hard to find a surgery date that fit perfectly with my schedule, and when I finalized everything at the front desk, I met Shannon, yet another welcoming soul in this office. I even complimented her beautiful lashes, and she happily shared what she uses to achieve the look. It may seem like a small thing, but it speaks volumes about the warmth and openness of everyone there. Since I traveled from out of town, the office even recommended a comfortable hotel where I could rest for a few days before and after surgery. They stayed in touch with me leading up to surgery day, making sure I felt informed, prepared, and cared for every step of the way. The day of surgery itself went perfectly, and my follow-up appointment the next day was just as fantastic. One thing I truly appreciated is that they respect your time; they get you in and out efficiently while still making you feel important and cared for. The entire team is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. What sets Radiance apart is that they don’t make you feel like just another patient…..they make you feel like family. They’ve created an environment that is welcoming, uplifting, and trustworthy from start to finish. I also love that they have two office locations for convenience and even a TikTok page that helps patients further connect with the practice and team. I highly recommend Radiance to anyone considering aesthetic or surgical services. I will absolutely be returning for additional services, and I’m especially excited to explore their aesthetician offerings to keep my skin healthy, glowing, and refreshed.

I recently had a facelift with Dr. Carson Huynh, combined with chin narrowing genioplasty, lip augmentation, and buccal fat removal. Every single one of them he performed turned out fantastic. Prior to surgery he took the time to answer all questions and did not rush through anything. He is very detailed and knows what works and what doesn't for each individual patient, creating very beautiful features. My decision for choosing Dr. Huynh was heavily influenced by how great his entire staff is. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and most welcoming. Shannon the surgical coordinator is extremely helpful and responds very quickly. Minh the patient liaison (who I spoke to first on the phone) is very supportive and part of the LGBTQ+ community themselves so they, and everyone in the office support patients of all walks of life, creating a very safe environment. Christina, Dr. Huynh's nurse makes the entire experience pleasant and relaxed. She has the best bedside manner and knows the procedures in and out and she is also quick to respond to any questions the patient may have. The entire team get very excited for surgery days and are genuinely impressed when they see Dr. Huynh's work. I will definitely be going back.

What a truly wonderful experience all around!!! The spa was absolutely beautiful and the staff were next to none! When I arrived, Shanea and Natalie greeted me and were as welcoming and kind as they were knowledgeable! They were both involved and hands on through the entire process! I received a facial and hair restoration treatment from Yenny who was very sweet, does outstanding work, and made me feel right at home! Christina was truly a gem as well. She was so friendly and did an outstanding job on my Dysport treatment. This was the best treatment experience I have ever had. The service was amazing but what really made it special was the entire team. Many thanks to all of you for making it a very memorable experience! :) I will be back without a doubt!
