Brittney Ruff is an INCREDIBLE esthetician. I've been seeing Brittney for seven months and she has completely changed my skin. I've gone to several other studios for the past 5 years and haven't achieved the results like I have with Brittney. From the start she understood my goals and recommended a great plan that we've been sticking to - a combination of facials, peels, and micro needling. My skin is brighter, clearer, smoother and I get compliments all the time. 10/10

I have been coming to Refinery 21 Studio for several years now. The owner, Eliana, is the sweetest person. Always helpful in recommending services. I come strictly for massages and have had Claire since I started coming. She does the absolute BEST massages and will work on any areas you need. I buy massage packages so I can treat myself to monthly massages. The Studio is a fun boutique style with eclectic furniture in the waiting area. Services are done in rooms that make you feel nothing but relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend this business, you won't be sorry.

This is the best place around to get spoiled! I’ve been seeing Eliana for over 7 years - hands down the best esthetician on this planet and I also go at least once a month for a deep tissue massage with Claire! Pure magic with both these ladies! I can’t recommend Refinery 21 enough for an out of this world experience overall!!!

The establishment is very clean and smells amazing upon entrance. I got a facial and it was amazing. I felt very relaxed and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend. I also was gifted a little skin care package and coffee cup when I left. The cup says "Good Morning Beautiful" such a nice touch to the entire experience.

My skin has never looked so good. They are so friendly and professional. Eliana is amazing and I don’t have to guess at what my skin needs. All of her products are wonderful and she doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I wanted to buy a “set” of products when I first came and she told me I didn’t need all of it. I loved the shock of an honest business woman with a beautiful heart! The other woman seem to be the same. Knowledgeable, honest and truly listen to help you to meet your goals.
