I came to removery in decatur and was greeted by Bre and Ari. The customer service was TOP TIER. I came to get my ear tattoo removal procedure started. I was nervous but everything went smoothly. When my appointment started I had the consultation with Bre and Tim. We had so many conversations about zodiac signs, life experiences and more. They felt so familiar and the experience was really nice!!! The office is very clean and they offer candy and they have some cool business cards for you to choose from. My experience with the laser removal was amazing. Bre made me feel comfortable and explained everything efficiently. The laser hurt a little but it was nothing i couldn’t handle. She explained the process and how I’ll have some swelling and redness. She provided me with a goody bag with everything i needed. My experience was a 100/10 🔥 I highly recommend!

I truly had a great experience at removery! During my consultation I did become very emotional as the tattoos I am wanting to remove are tied to past trauma. She was so caring and sensitive and made amazing recommendations for after care once my removal is complete. Additionally, I could tell she was very knowledgeable and wanted the best results for me. I could feel the genuine concern. I love removery and I can’t wait to start this journey with them!

5 stars for integrity! I had a great experience at Removery. I went in to see if they could help with a tattoo blowout on a piece that has deep sentimental value to me. Instead of just selling me a session, they were completely honest and told me I wasn't a good candidate for laser removal of the blowout as it might remove the entire tattoo. I was so impressed by their integrity—they clearly care more about the client's results than making a quick buck. ​Beyond the honesty, they were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. They even gave me great advice and recommendations for other ways to fix the piece while preserving its original meaning.
