Wish I could’ve gotten the package deal but was unable too because I have Lupus but my consult with Naeema was very thorough despite of.. and it’s been 10 days since I had half my legs done and I haven’t had any issues that’s b/c they use the Candela GentleMax Pro The most advanced laser in the industry!

I just finished my fifth laser hair removal session at the Midtown location, and I’ve had such a great experience so far. Nancy is absolutely amazing — she’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I’ve had no issues at all, and everything has been smooth from start to finish. My results are insane. The customer service here is also excellent. They always answer the phone, and it’s very easy to reschedule or confirm appointments when needed, which I really appreciate with my schedule. The space is always clean, and appointments are quick, easy, and very efficient with minimal pain. I highly recommend booking with Nancy and this location to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I have been going here for almost a year to complete my Brazilian lazar. Semper Atl is always clean and the staff is super friendly. All my techs have been great, but Gena has been exceptional! She was recommended to me by one of my friends who is also serviced there and I will say I will be sticking with Gena for my remaining sessions! She is very knowledgeable and her bubbly energy is contagious. I had some questions about the progression of my treatment and she made me feel at ease that I was right on track! I even noticed that even my service was more detailed in which she made sure to get in all of the crevices. I am on my 9th session and I will be finishing my sessions with her. 10/10 would recommend! Can’t wait to see my finished results!

To be honest, I like the place. However there’s one technician named Jena that is always problematic when I come. The first experience I had with her (sometime last year) I had the front desk attendant notate that I did not ever want any appointments with her. I’ve gone to Dunwoody location and peachtree and seen at least 5 people besides her. She is the only person like this. Very slow with her work and also seemingly moody. She constantly makes the appointments long unlike anyone else who has me in/out in 10 minutes. I had a 3pm today which I left work to make the appointment. She attempted to do part of the treatment area saying she will only do where hair grows.. I asked how could she tell when I shaved it the day before (standard practice). I fly in from different countries for these appointments so it’s hard to get in to be honest. She asked me about sunscreen I was wearing on face and I told her it’s not in the treatment area. She wiped the area for like 30 seconds and found no sun screen and said she would do the area. I’m not sure why she attempts to not do certain areas when no other person does that. Moreover she is just rude. She said she was trying to educate me, imagine I’m a PhD and have been doing laser 2 years. I followed the instructions to date and haven’t had any issues outside of her. I will write the company leadership. She makes me uncomfortable with attitude and energy. After over 20 minutes in the room, she hadn’t even started, making me late to an appointment nearby. I am flying out and not sure I can get another appointment before then.
