Great experience today at Seranova Sculpt and Beauty. Prime location, easy access and impeccable spaces. From the front desk and their friendly staff to the professional and detailed consultation it was a smooth process. And the technician! Amazing !!! She took me step by step through the first session and made me feel right at home. So excited to continue with my treatment plan. Big plus: they offer different payment plans/options.

I had a really good experience at Serovanna Sculpt & Beauty. Everyone was professional, kind, and answered every question I had from the time I booked my appointment. Ashley did my session and made the experience fun and comfortable. The place was clean, they offered therapy before the session, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff was. What stood out to me most was that they provided robes and undergarments before treatment and honestly, this wasn’t my first rodeo with body sculpting, but it was my first time seeing a sculpting spa do that. That level of care definitely stood out.

A clean, welcoming, and friendly environment! I initially visited to take advantage of the turkey neck rescue promotion advertised on Instagram. The wellness staff who performed my non-invasive procedure were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is due to some miscommunication at the beginning regarding the treatment plan and pricing. I was initially told the service would be a one-time visit, but upon arrival, I learned that the full treatment involves three sessions, with the additional sessions costing more than the promotional offer. That said, I am already seeing results and can understand the value of the full treatment. This is not a negative reflection on Seranova, but simply a note on my personal experience.
