The Team at Shine has been amazing. I’ve been seeing Lauren and team in preparation for my wedding later this year and she’s been so thoughtful about getting me on a comprehensive skincare and treatment plan ahead of the big day. She’s been so accommodating and flexible, helping me plan my visits around various upcoming events. This has been my first time trying microneedling and I’m so happy with the first two treatments (of three). I was already getting compliments after one round! I enjoy the results of my visits to see Lauren, and followed her here from another practice where she also excelled. She has excellent customer service skills, a great bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable. The office is clean and comfortable. I never have to wait more than two minutes to be seen. The staff is attentive and a pleasure to work with. I drive 1 1/2 hours each way for my appts and it is so worth it.
