I’ve had a great experience with laser hair removal here. Shi and Bree have always been friendly, professional, and thorough during my treatments. They take the time to explain everything and make sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. I’ve also had the chance to meet Lisa, the owner, and she even stopped in to make sure I was being well taken care of. You can tell she’s very involved and genuinely cares about both her clients and her staff. Even on busy days, the team does a great job keeping things moving and making everyone feel welcome. I’ve been to some of the bigger, well-known laser companies before, and honestly, I’ve never seen pricing this good. The value is incredible for the services you receive. At times I almost feel like I’m getting away with something because comparable treatments elsewhere have cost me significantly more. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality laser hair removal at a price that’s hard to beat. The combination of great customer service, personal attention, and unbeatable pricing keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this med spa twice now and I have ZERO complaints. I went today and the NP Bri had such an inviting and energetic spirit so it put me at ease about trying something new. She told me all my options and what she suggested and took her time with with the injections. I showed all my friends after and they agreed that the tweaks look natural and so good! I’ve already referred 3 of my friends. I’ll definitely be going back when needed 😊

The staff was friendly for the most part. However, I purchased this laser hair removal opportunity on Groupon, and I noticed that it did not go as planned. For starters the Laser that this place uses is extremely weak. I literally did five sessions and felt as though it never performed, as well as do the job that I needed it to do. On top of that after the Laser Hair sessions the technician offered no aftercare solutions nor placed anything on my face, To prevent damage to my skin. I eventually discontinued services with them after five sessions. Fast-forward and I went to another Laser hair place when I tell you the experience was so much better. They applied ointment after each session and gave me aftercare tips instead of just speeding me out the door like this place

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business and will not be returning. Over the course of my laser treatment appointments, I attended nine sessions total. Out of those nine appointments, five were delayed by at least ten minutes because either the technician was running late or the machine was not warmed up and ready for use. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially considering clients are required to confirm appointments beforehand and are expected to arrive on time. My final experience was what truly pushed me to leave this review. During my last appointment after being a client for almost 2 years, I saw a sign advertising “Refer a Client and Receive 20 Free Dysport Units.” At no point did the sign state that the person receiving the reward had to already be a Dysport patient, nor did it specify that the units had to be used personally by the referring client. After asking the front desk employee for clarification, we were told my father would be able to receive the 20 units. However, after the owner/manager, Lisa, became involved, we were suddenly told that was not allowed. When I asked to speak with Lisa directly, her attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The entire situation felt misleading and poorly handled. Between the repeated appointment delays and the way this situation was managed, this was an incredibly frustrating experience overall.

I totally love this place! During my first time getting tox here, I have absolutely no regrets. They did my Dysport about a couple of months ago, and the results still look amazing. I went back yesterday to get fillers, and Bre was superb! She totally got what I wanted.
