My skin started struggling as soon as I turned 29, and after seeing countless estheticians and trying what felt like everything, I honestly started to think my skin just wasn’t going to improve. Shelley completely changed that. She took the time to really understand my skin and created a customized, individualized treatment plan for me using SkinCeuticals products instead of giving me a generic routine. It was obvious from day one that she genuinely knows what she’s doing, and the results speak for themselves. For the first time in years, I’ve actually been getting compliments on my skin—something I genuinely never thought would happen. My skin is healthier, clearer, and more confident than it’s been in a long time, and I owe so much of that to Shelley. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she’s just an awesome person. Her vibe is so welcoming and fun, and every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who also happens to be amazing at what she does. I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time. I absolutely love SkinLab! Shelly is the sweetest and has completely transformed my skin. I’ve been seeing her for Hydrafacials and chemical peels, and my skin has never looked better. She’s so knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about helping you achieve your skin goals. I also see Jenn for my injections, and she’s amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes a conservative approach, doing just enough to give me natural-looking results. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Recently had my lips done with Joseph and I’m 10/10 impressed! I was really worried bc last time I had them done it hurt like heck but Joseph somehow made the entire experience virtually painless and very comfortable. He explains everything as he goes so there’s no surprises. And the way my lips have settled is insane!! I’m absolutely in love with them.

Absolutely love my injector Joeseph. He listens to my needs and is realistic about outcomes and expectations. He’s super thorough, kind and considerate. The pain is minimal with injections and I’ve never had any bleeding or bruising. I finally decided to try masseter muscle Botox on my second visit with him and I will never go back. I am pain FREE and it’s been amazing. Overall - If you’re looking for someone who will 1) listen to you and 2) not over charge you and do “too much” Joeseph is your man. The entire staff here from the moment you walk in the door is lovely.
