Worst experience ever , booked, paid $450, drove one hour away . Called and called and called , when I arrived at the location which by the way says it’s open from 9:30 to 5pm nobody was at the shop. I then found some business cards in front of the shop which I called the lady told me she didn’t see my appointment. I then told her I drove one hour away no apologies was made nothing . Just waste my time . Will be making a post about the horrific experience on Tik tok . I paid for a service online Jan 10 at 10pm, you cannot book for a service with out paying in full. A signature wasn’t required when the money was taken out my account. My time has already been wasted by driving 1 hrs for a service that apparently wasn’t in their system but was paid for . This establishments has refused to refund me back my money and are asking to waste my time by driving to their location to sign a documentation.

I cannot recommend Christian enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing.
