Amazing staff members, everyone is always super friendly and helpful. My skin looks the best it has in a while from the treatments. Their care also goes outside of the salon! my amazing girl Suzana always answers any skin concerns i have outside of my appointments and is always recommending products to try.

I have been a client here for several years for laser hair removal and, unfortunately, my experience with the scheduling and administrative side of the practice has become increasingly frustrating. I want to be clear that I have no issues with the laser technicians themselves. My concerns are specifically related to scheduling and how policies are applied. There have been multiple occasions where I arrived early or on time for my appointment and was required to wait because the office was running behind. I have always been understanding when delays occurred. However, when I needed flexibility due to circumstances beyond my control, that same understanding was not extended to me. Recently, I had to cancel an appointment because I had the flu and was charged a $50 cancellation fee. Before that, the only other cancellation I can recall was due to a death in my family. As a long-term client with very few cancellations, I was disappointed that no exception or accommodation was considered. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the office frequently calls me asking to move my appointments to different times or dates when it benefits their schedule. Yet when a client needs accommodation for a legitimate reason, the policy appears to be enforced without the same level of flexibility. I have recommended this clinic to many friends and family members over the years because I was happy with the services I received. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this clinic with confidence. I understand the need for cancellation policies and accepted the fee. My concern is the inconsistency. After years of being a loyal client, I expected a more professional and client-centered approach. Reply to your Response: Thank you for your response. However, I believe you missed the main point of my review. My frustration was never solely about the cancellation fee. It was about the inconsistency in how flexibility is expected from clients but not extended in return. Over the years, I have sat through delayed appointments when the office was running behind and have accommodated numerous requests to move or reschedule my appointments when it benefited the clinic. I did so without complaint because I understand that scheduling challenges happen. What I found disappointing was that when I needed accommodation due to illness after years of being a loyal client with very few cancellations, there was little consideration given to that history. The fee itself is not what prompted this review. The issue is that my time and flexibility have not felt equally valued. Your response focuses on the reduction of the fee, but it does not address the concerns I raised regarding repeated scheduling delays, frequent appointment changes initiated by the office, or the overall lack of reciprocity. I appreciate the response, but I still believe those concerns remain unaddressed.

Absolutely amazing, caring, professional staff! Booking appointments and getting started at this med spa was so easy and hassle-free and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I have my sessions with Jenna and she is the best! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I 100% recommend Skinsations to anyone; their pricing is also very affordable!

Second time I have laser hair removal done, this time at Skinsations in Marietta. I found the place very nice, clean and comfortable. I was greeted by Suzanna who proceeded with explaining how the treatment works and once I was comfortable, gently used her equipment to complete the procedure. She did a very good job in my opinion. Well done.
