Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics

My Spa Sydell specialist was friendly, professional and excellent in providing her back wax service (and I appreciated taking me in on short notice). Unfortunately, I called in yesterday morning and left a voicemail requesting a call back to set up an appointment for the weekend. I never received a call back.

1st - the air was out! All appointments really should have been rescheduled. 2nd - Pam was nice but the massage did not feel good. It hurt. 3rd - i came out more tense then I went in I honestly expect soooooo much more from Spa Sydell. Huge disappointment. I appreciate the discount but honestly it should have been free. I have been going to yall for years but it's probably time for a change.

Up front staff was a pleasure and Pam was incredible. I felt amazing after my massage. I was surprised, however, with how dirty the locker room and bathrooms were. There was hair and dust/dirt all over the floors. Would stop me from coming back, but a quick sweet and mop prior to the morning or at the end of a day would go a long way.

I loved my massage with Tim! It was the best treatment I have ever had! I will be going back soon.

My massage therapist was Tim….BEST massage I’ve had in years. He is polite and professional with the right touch. I go for relaxation with a light to medium technique. He nailed it. Didn’t stay in one place for too long or use elbows and forearms. Front desk is friendly too. I only gave 4 stars because there is only one shower and the toiletries could be a bit nicer, but overall a good experience.
