It was such a wonderful experience! I loved everything about this place — it was relaxing, refreshing, and made me so happy. After everything was done, my skin felt tighter and more moisturized. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit. The staff was helpful and courteous, the facility was clean, and they have tv with Bluetooth speakers in the sauna. It was our first time doing the cold plunge and we worked up the courage to try it. The c shower did not leave my skin feeling dried out. I would recommend visiting.

Plunge into self-care! I’m not going to lie, the cold plunge is the worst part about this place! Free parking is a plus! The staff is always friendly, professional and communicative. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Not to mention the infused, flavored sparkling water with electrolytes helps me get through my sauna experience. At first I said I was just going to go once to try it out…ended up purchasing the bundle pack because of the value!
