I had such a great experience at TrueSkin Medesthetics! Dr. Juanita Bonds was amazing — so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She offered me tea or water as soon as I arrived and even let me pick something to watch on Netflix during my treatment, which made the whole experience so relaxing. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the DMK Medi Pedi, and the products she used were incredible. I could instantly feel a difference in how soft and smooth my feet were afterward. The space was spotless, professional, and very calming. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m so glad I found this place! I got the DMK enzyme facial with Juanita and I instantly saw and felt my face look more hydrated and plump. I appreciate how Juanita took care of my skin and educated me on what I need to be doing. It’s hard to find someone who actually cares but I believe she really does and she knows what she’s talking about! I highly recommend.

I loved the atmosphere from the time I stepped into the door. The aesthetics along with the products adorn the walls in the front. I felt very comfortable as a woman of a larger size in the area. Mrs.Bonds is very educated and knowledgeable of the products needed for my skin and treating my needs. I will 100% return to get that baby skin glow!!

I am not one to write reviews but I had such a terrible experience I felt it was necessary. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and I arrived at 4:28. I did not leave until 6:24 PM, despite informing the staff ahead of time that I had obligations at 6:30. I booked both an arm wax and a leg wax. However, due to the excessive length of the appointment and my time constraints, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the leg wax because I needed to leave. Even after nearly two hours, only my arms were partially waxed, and there were still noticeable patches of hair left. I was also told that for the first hour the wax was heating up, followed by additional time waiting for it to cool down.During the arm wax, the technician removed the wax very slowly instead of using a quick pull, which resulted in much of the hair not being removed properly. Unfortunately, the service was not completed as booked, and the quality, timing, and overall experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback so the business can improve their scheduling, preparedness, and service quality for future clients.
