Everything from scheduling the initial consultation, determining a treatment plan, explanation of the science and technical aspects of the procedure was well presented--each step was thorough and thoughtful. I’m so grateful for my referral to Sophie. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She’s very passionate about what she does. She has diagrams on the wall of her office and tells you all about the process in a way that immediately made me less nervous. Her office looks so cool, and is very comfortable. It’s a welcoming and affirming environment that I immediately felt safe in. My skin always looks pretty after I leave. She’s great conversation and a genuinely caring person. I'm so thankful to have found ZAP! after some unpleasant experiences at other businesses. Sophie is an incredibly skilled electrologist and creates such a friendly & comfortable environment in her studio. She does a wonderful job of educating you about electrolysis, what to expect, and how she adjusts things to best suit your hair skin & comfort level. I've never once come away from a session with itritated skin or redness lasting more than a couple hours which I absolutely cannot say about anywhere else I've been. Sophie's fantastic, lovely to chat with during sessions, and I'm so glad to be a client. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat
