Advanced Urology - Sandy Springs

The office was busy and took me 30 minutes late, but they had a last minute appointment open, which was what I needed. The front desk and medical staff were great. My appointment was with PA Payton Eason, who was awesome! She took time to explain everything, recommended next steps, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely book an appointment with her at the Sandy Springs location again.

My visit with PA Payton Eason was great , and she actually listen to her patients. She educated me on the Foley Catheter just prior to the removal of the catheter. I wish I would’ve been informed with the information that she provided when I first received the catheter.

My experience with Advanced Urology in Sandy springs is always very professional. They take really good care of me and I trust them. I thank God for leading me in their path.

I cannot say enough about the entire experience I had during a recent surgery at Sandy springs urology. The administrative/ admission was very fast and professional. Once in surgery prep, the nurse assigned to me was an outstanding nurse that knew her job and was awesome getting me settled even though she had probably performed the same procedure many times before me on the day. The Anesthesiologist was just great , she spend time with me as well as all the patients and took time to answer any of my questions, comments and concerns. She even talked about music for a while with me. Sweet person. I did not know what to expect when they wheeled me into the OR. I was very nervous about the two procedures that were going to be performed because of the location on my body . The entire crew was very kind, thoughtful, thorough and completely understood my apprehension without even saying a word. They were a well tuned group of professionals. I did not get to tell them thank you for their kind and thoughtful method while assisting me. THANK YOU!!!.In recovery the nurse who attended to me was great as well, thank you. Lastly, Dr G (Greenstein) you are the best regardless of the outcome of my biopsy I want to say you are an incredible person and Doctor. THANK YOU! Chris

Dr Greenstein is very compassionate and has a caring and understanding bedside manner. He is great at explaining protocol and outcomes. He has a good sense of humor too. His staff is very kind, helpful, and give efficient service.
