After some disappointing healthcare experiences elsewhere, finding Empowerment Resource Center has been a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. My new primary care physician has been outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to take the time to listen and explain things clearly. The bedside manner throughout the clinic is exceptional, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Most importantly, I truly feel that the team cares about their patients and wants them to succeed in their healthcare journey. I am grateful to have found this clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care.

NP Kate was kind, informative, and seemed geniunely interested in helping me. She answered all of my questions. I would recommend her to anyone. Milly the CMA was sweet and for sure one of the best phlebotomists I've met. I barely felt the stick! Finally, JuJu was awesome, funny, and explained my payment options to me patiently. I had a great experience over all at ERC Urgent and Primary Care. This is the place to go if you're downtown!

I had a health issue arise while in town for a conference. ERC was not only close and convenient. Far more importantly they were compassionate, kind, professional and very efficient. They set and maintain an excellent standard for care and I highly recommend them.

Came here for a comprehensive STI panel and everything was super smooth and easy! They validated parking, I was in and out in about 30 minutes having done all the necessary test and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Milly drew my blood and I barely felt it, and Angel and Juju at the front desk made sure I had everything that I needed and felt comfortable while I got the work done. They all deserve a raise lol. Would definitely recommend!
