It’s been over a month and a week since I’ve been tested. Everytime I call I get hung up on. Or it just rings. I’ve called the other branches jut to get someone to talk to me and as soon as they answer they transfer me back to the same UNRESPONSIVE number I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now. The voicemail box is full so I can’t even leave a message. You’re playing with peoples health and their time. Most people that come here can’t afford to get tested or treated through a primary care physician. That’s WHY they came to you guys. I just want someone to answer the damn phone! Because if I pull up and demand my results then I’m wrong? This is crazy. Just answer the phone and tell me you lost my sample. SOMETHING. take accountability for the service that you provide. This is insane. I have friends that NEED to get tested and I’m struggling now because this is where I would NORMALLY send them. But I can’t even get results myself!

Still haven’t gotten my results back. It’s been over 2 weeks

When I first went there all three ladies were genuinely welcoming and kind with beautiful smiles on their face plus humor. Hats off to Nurse Mrs.Cecilia whom took care of me with so much laughter. A great place with enough resources for anyone that needs it.

My first time here and it was a pleasant experience. I didn’t know that they offer so many services for free! Front desk was kind, the nurse that assisted me was knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of. Best part is, I was in and out. Great job ladies!
