I am seeing Kim, a provider who truly listens, explains things clearly, and actually helps me move forward instead of leaving me hanging. I’ve been to several providers before, and many followed the standard protocol: listened, ordered tests, then after that, there was little guidance on what to do next. I often left feeling more confused and still trying to figure things out on my own. What made Kim different for me is that she really took time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. She helped me understand why I was feeling so depleted, gave me answers, and laid out a plan. She is very responsive to emails and questions, and even worked with insurance to help get approvals instead of making me handle everything alone. What I also appreciate is that Kim spends time with you, even during infusions, and never makes me feel rushed when asking questions. That meant a lot to me because when you’re struggling with your health, you want someone who truly cares and walks through it with you. Candace, the front desk staff is also very sweet and accommodating. You can feel the kindness from the moment you walk in. The clinic itself is newly renovated, very orderly, cozy, and peaceful. In the infusion room I was in, there were only three reclining sofa chairs, so it felt intimate and not overcrowded. Since this is still a fairly new clinic, it is not packed yet, which made the experience even more comfortable. Hopefully, that same coziness and personal touch stays even as they continue to grow. If you are looking for a provider who provides excellent care with both knowledge and heart, I truly recommend looking into this clinic. You may just find a gem!

Finding a new primary healthcare provider can be a daunting task in and of itself, but moving to a new area and actually finding someone this incredible is a total game changer. I recently had my intake appointment at Austin Functional Medicine PLLC, and I cannot rave enough about the care I received from Britney. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly refreshing. Britney is thorough, attentive, and clearly an expert in her field. We dove straight into a personalized plan including IV Vitamin Therapy and NAD+, and the experience was seamless. It is so rare to find a provider who combines high-level functional medicine with such a welcoming, professional atmosphere. If you’re new to the area or just tired of the standard run-around, do yourself a favor and see Britney. Moving is stressful, but finding world-class care here was the easiest part of my transition!
