While the feel is homey, the staff are all very professional. The clinic is consistently clean, the staff is always helpful. The owner is a local who experienced healing / relief from ketamine therapy. It impressed him so much he wanted others to experience it, too. B-A-D I had an awful experience at “Austin Ketamine Clinic” and genuinely regret giving this place a chance. The entire operation felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. I arrived early for my appointment and still ended up sitting in the lobby for nearly an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting. The clinic itself looked run down and nothing like the polished, calming environment they advertise online. The receptionist seemed irritated whenever anyone asked questions, and the provider rushed through the consultation like they were trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. It felt more like a cash grab than an actual medical clinic. What made the whole experience even worse was the guy handling the infusion. He came across as incredibly creepy and way too forward the entire time. He kept making overly personal comments and hovering around in a way that made me really uncomfortable, especially considering the type of treatment being done. Instead of feeling safe and cared for, I felt uneasy the entire session. Nobody clearly explained side effects or what to expect, and once the treatment started, staff barely checked in at all. I felt anxious and uncomfortable during the infusion, and when I needed assistance it took forever for anyone to respond. Afterwards I still felt disoriented, but they acted like they just wanted me out the door immediately. Then came the billing problems. They added surprise fees that were never discussed beforehand, and when I called to question the charges, the staff was dismissive and rude. Customer service was basically nonexistent. There are way too many better options in Austin to waste your time and money here. I would absolutely never return to Austin Ketamine Clinic and would not recommend it to anyone.

I just finished session 4 of 6 and it was intensely beautiful. I could feel my dad, who passed away two years ago, nudging me toward love and vulnerability with my children. If you feel stuck, this is a great place to get unstuck. They create a genuinely safe place for you to do the deep work.

I would not be able to say enough words to describe just how awesome this clinic is and how well they treat their clientele. They were pivotal in helpful my wife recover from some deeply difficult and personal emotional issues. I will be starting my treatments at the end of this month. The entire staff are kind and real. Jon Wolfe is a gem of a provider and actually cares about the healing within his patients. Five very well earned stars to Jon and all his staff. You will not be disappointed by choosing AKC.
