We have a great plan in place to help support a natural, youthful appearance . Bonus.. her office is beautiful and she has her own line of products

I've never been to a med spa before, and I really appreciated the consult by Cheri to know what my options were. The skin analysis was so informative and cool. Leslie was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My skin is already looking better and I'm excited about my next appointment.

I saw Leslie today for my first microneedling appointment. She was fabulous--very knowledgeable, very caring and very careful. The spa is beautiful, with top-of-the-line equipment and high end furniture. It was a really pleasant experience overall and I highly recommend both Alchemy and Leslie.

Cheri is a Godsend! She helped me overcome a serious filler complication, one that left my face unimaginably puffy, imbalanced, and unnatural looking. I could hardly look in the mirror for the past two years. For 8–9 months I tried to resolve what was done to me. I sought help from medical professionals and injectors in the local area. While they tried to help me, I never felt they—honestly—understood why I looked the way I did and, far worse, many thought it looked “great” and wanted to add more filler! 😵‍💫 Apparently, I was one of the very few clients that strongly disliked overfilled features. There seemed to be a disconnect between what I was seeing and what they were used to seeing and thought was “normal.” Beware of this visual dysmorphia! I finally opened my search up to Austin and looked for someone with more experience. Cheri was the first professional to help me understand what was happening beneath the skin; she explained the science‑backed facts and what the industry is still learning and needs to investigate. She was brutally honest with me about the “long road ahead” and laid out a steady, effective plan without overpromising or upselling services that were not helpful to my condition. Finally, one honest person who can see what I am seeing and calls it for what it is! I am thrilled to report that I have accomplished more with Cheri in 3 visits than I have in the entire previous year. I can see my natural face structure again: no puffy, overfilled, imbalanced features. My eyes look open and I can see my angled jawline for the first time in what feels like forever. Even better, we have a plan to rebuild my skin health with services, products, and techniques that look natural. What I learned from my experience: if you want natural results, look for professionals who uphold that standard (in their own appearance and in their clientele) AND make sure the injector is willing to say “no” when you want a service that could lead to an unnatural appearance. Everyone at Alchemy looks natural, beautiful, like themselves. I don’t see the overfilled looks that are common in other spas. If Cheri says “no… let’s try this instead,” it’s because she cares about you and is upholding a high standard. In the long run, you will thank her and her staff for looking out for you!
