Lauren was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, it was all a positive experience. I was nervous, as wasn't really comfortable or very familiar with the process. She completely put me at ease. She was so kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. My big concern going in was for it look natural.
