I went in for some laser hair removal on my lower neck/upper chest and couldn't be more pleased. the service is great, the communication is great, I arrive and they are always ready for me and the appointment is quick and easy....and the results are tremendous. I am very happy with my results. the hair that is still growing in those spots is very fine and extremely easy to shave. I will be back and will refer anyone I know needing laser hair treatments to this business and location.

I went to Sunset Valley for Clear + Brilliant, and Andrea helped me. I also went to the Downtown location, and Aysia helped me for BBL HERO. They are both professional and very careful. They listen and take my concerns seriously. They helped improve my pigmentation and dark spots. They took time to explain each step. I felt safe and comfortable. I will come back and ask for Andrea and Aysia again.

Aysia was great today for my BBL treatment. This is the second time she has treated me. She makes me feel very comfortable even when the laser is a little spicy. I have already seen results.
