Austin Med Spa

All of the staff at med spa in Austin, especially Anita, are incredibly great at what they do! They provide a warm and friendly environment, as well as an expertise into so many things that help me live a healthy life! I have gotten so much good advice, and care from the team here.

I had my first appointment today and the time and care that was taken was amazing! I am not new to Botox or fillers, but I learned so much in this one session and greatly appreciate the consideration that was taken. I’m excited to go back for my next visit!

I drive 2hours to have everything done at Austin Med Spa. I live closer to Dallas, but always choose Suzette and Anita for Botox and Pico Facials. JJ is a doll and they are ALL so welcoming. I highly recommend Austin Med Spa. They are first rate.

Update: I met Suzette the owner, who immediately responded to any concerns that I had. We are working on a treatment plan to meet my skin needs. I appreciated Suzette’s response and her ethical business practices. You can tell she puts all her heart into her business and cares about her customers. Definitely reach out to her if you have any questions or concerns. I received another treatment yesterday with Anita and it went well, things look really good so far.

I recently moved from New York City to Austin and was on the hunt for a new Med Spa that handled all things skincare. After a careful Google search I came across Austin Med Spa. The reviews were amazing and so I decided to give it a try. My sister (who came along to keep me company) and I arrived a few minutes before my 12:15 p.m. appointment. The moment you open the front door you can absolutely see the place is well kept and exceptionally clean. The waiting area has snacks and beverages for you to enjoy while you wait. I made an appointment with Suzette based on Google reviews and I was not disappointed. Suzette has been in skincare for almost 20 years and it shows. She is kind, detailed in going over what your expectations are and explaining what she thinks would work best. My sister came into the room with me and the three of us laughed and spoke about all things skincare. I was completely impressed by Suzette and feel lucky I have found a place I will be returning to for all my skincare needs. Baileigh at the front desk is incredibly welcoming. Her client service skills are amazing and everyone business should have staff as attentive with incredible attention to detail and caring as she is. Her knowledge of skin care products are next to none and at her recommendation I purchased an SPF face cream that I'm in love with. My sister was also impressed and will be making her appointment at Austin Med Spa soon. Thank you to Suzette and Baileigh for being amazing. I'll be seeing you again soon!
