What a great experience with this group. I was referred to Dr. Hudson Frey by my ENT for a more complex septoplasty to correct a deviated septum, and the crew at Buckingham made the process as comfortable and carefree as possible. Everything including great care and advice, a successful surgery, and handling it all with insurance was executed patiently and flawlessly by the team. Highly recommend!

The staff and dr Smith are exceptionally awesome! Every person is kind, helpful and quick to answer any questions. I was not prepared for the time to recover as they tell you a shorter timeframe than it was for me, but all are different so it’s a work in progress. Add up to 2 weeks longer than anyone tells you. I love the results and not 1 of my friends even noticed ! So I’m thrilled. . Did I mention the care is super??

Dr Frey and team were great. Super easy and informative consult, at no time did I fell pressured, I scheduled but had a separate issue come up and had to cancel, they rescheduled no issue and again I got no pressure to reschedule or any grief about my scheduling being tough. Procedure went great, billing with insurance went smooth. Costs were all as communicated. Recovery smooth. Had a septoplasty and it was life changing.
