Elements Laser Spa is an outstanding beauty destination that I cannot recommend highly enough. The team is highly trained, professional and takes the time to thoroughly explain every treatment and answer any questions you might have. The results speak for themselves and I have been absolutely thrilled with the outcomes of every session. The spa itself is clean, modern and has a wonderfully calm and comfortable atmosphere that makes each visit a pleasure. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I showed up for my service and the door was locked. Someone was in the building they left when I was at the front door. I've called the owner, both locations. no responses. I reached out to my my esthetician directly and she left the company two weeks ago. No one called and I did get my reminder of my appointment, I showed up...just to be stood up. Shameful.

No question - Hillary is outstanding. I got a three pack ipl lasers and her level of service is unparalleled to anyone in the industry. Not only is she super knowledgeable, She is detailed oriented, goes above and beyond and ensures that I look and feel amazing when I walk out of there. She’s so generous with her time and I’m so delighted to have found her.

I’ve been coming here for at least 15 years since the old location off of 6th and San Jacinto. Hillary is always amazing! She’s very thorough and gets the job done. I feel like the laser here is better than some other places. I’ve noticed better results overall with less treatments. The owner Paul is also amazing! From the time I first called to discuss treatment Carly has been my go to person. She is full of experience, knowledge, professional, and respectful. I love her personality and how personable she is.
